This was a 66 Mustang Gt fastback. I took this in as a part trade against one of my Cobras just before the prices started to go insane on these cars. It was a black on black car, automatic, chrome ralleys which I picked up while driving it back from Florida and a 289 A code 2 barrel engine. This one was flagged when I crossed the border and was inspected. All they found was bag of white sand that was used to hold the transmission hump mounted garbage container in place. This seemed to disturb the Customs inspectors until I explained what it was. The car was a great looking car but with an automatic turned out to be a boring ride. In less than a year it was back in the USA with a dealer, Bills Classics along with 3 other Mustangs owned by a friend of mine. We just put together a package since Mustangs were pulling good money in the USA.
