In 1984 Nissan Motors produced 75,351 of its all new 300ZX (Z31) for the United States market. Of these Z cars 5,148 limited-edition 300ZX Turbos were badged to honor Nissan’s 50th Anniversary. 84' was also the year that Datusn officially became Nissan in the US. The cost of this Z ($26,000) was very pricy for the time (todays equivalent based on inflation rates; ranges in $52,000 range)... I didn't pay that much. I got mine busted for much much cheaper.
3.0 L (2960cc) SOHC V6 Engine generating
Horsepower: 200 horsepower @ 5200 Rpms
Torque: 227 ft. lbs. @ 3600 Rpms
0-60: 7.3 seconds
1/4 Mile 15.3 seconds
Stock Boost on Garret T3 60 series turbocharger: 6.5 lbs
Compression Ratio: 7.8:1
**Needless to say, I currently have a little more pep in my step. I haven't dyno'd the car yet, but based on the mods, I'd like to say its floating lower-mid 200's to the wheels at stock boost. 320-350hp is the tenative and conservative goal... which shouldnt be a problem.
More to come...

-Working on a Custom Modified Maxima Upper Pleanum to Promote Flow.
-I have the Rear Sub-Frame/ Suspension from a Z32 as well as one from a S14 that I will swap (still deciding). The Sub-Frame doesn't allow the car to squat when you get on it, increases stability around corners and gives me some minor form of camber adjustment. I will also go from a 3.54 open Diff, to a 4.11 LSD. Should make it pretty peppy :)
