I bought this car in 1989 and drove it daily until 2005 when I started to heavily customize it. The motor is rebuilt and supercharged. The hood wears a custom fiberglass scoop. The dashboard is fully digital.
The car is powered by an LG-4 305 rebuilt and supercharged with a WEIAND 142 miniblower. Smog-legal SLP 1-3/4" headers, 3" Catco convertor and Flowmaster exhaust. A Three Rivers Aluminum driveshaft spins the 3.42 rear (w/disc brakes and an EATON posi unit). Spohn subframe connectors tighten up the rear along with tubular control arms, a "Wonderbar" and Panard bar.
Air Conditioning, Tinted Windows. 4BBL V-8 700R-4 Auto
Z-28 Trim package, antisway bars.
Supercharger, Hurst dual-gate shifter, Street Raptor Torque Convertor, Ram-air scoop, 16 " Z-Q8 wheels, 1989 Trans Am side skirts, fender vents and turn signals. Headlights come from a 1989 Berretta GTU. Custom driving lights are installed in the front nose. Hand -made fiberglass dashboard (with Knight Rider-style gauges). Front and rear video cameras. An ABS overhead console houses a police scanner and radar detector. The rear seat has been removed and replaced with a "Back to the Future" inspired flux-capacitor panel that is powered by two solar panels on the deck-lid.
