I bought this in February of 2007 because I wanted something to work on over the winter months. It now has most everything done. I was trying to sell it but not much interest so it looks like I`ve added another triple black drop top Mustang GT to the garage to go with my 95. Dont want to part with the 95,like it way too much. Searched for 7 months for decent wheels to fit this that are not on every other 79-93 stang. Finally found some through Craigs list that are fantastic, American Racing Wheels , 15 inch by 8, Fit great and look MUCH better than those old 10 holes. Bought some new Cooper White Letters to get that 86 classic look. It has the original 5.0 in it with a few minor mods like a cold air intake, 85mm Edelbrock EFI, Swirl heads and reduced pulleys, Those along with switching the gears to to 4:10`s and adding a B & M short throw shifter make this a pretty quick 1/4 mile car for the money thats in it. Have slips from 2008 with the best being a 12.32 at 117.6mph. Over the winter of 2008 I added a wet NOS kit with a 100hp jet.
We will see what it can do....no rattles in the engine yet...
