When we originally bought this truck it came as two Rangers... An '89 and a '92 one of them had a good body and one of them had a good little V6. what happened next I think you can figure out. I got to drive the Ranger for a summer then something went wrong and now the stock 2.9 has a bad cylinder wall that I don't want to get honed, and I happen to have a friend with a 302 handy... I put 2 and 2 together and decided to build a 302 Ranger. When researched this crazy shenanigan I never thought it would be so hard to put it all together, but it's proven me wrong... The product will definitely be worth all the work. It's a 5 speed that was easy to whitesmoke with the rinky-dink 2.9 so I can't wait to hit the road with a V8 in the ol' Ranger.
Windsor 302c.i. motor...
V8, Hedman Hedders, Edelbrock performer plus camshaft and lifters, and 3 inch body lift.
