I had to replace one of my company's trucks recently, so as I usually do I checked around for the best deal I could find on a gently-used, off-lease heavy-duty pickup. Well, I found myself a winner this time. It might have 70,000 miles on it, but it runs, looks, and feels like a brand-new truck. I like it so much that I passed the truck I had been using along to my senior man and took the new one myself. Hey, it's MY business, and I'm entitled to some perks! I think it's so nice that, if I wanted to, I could take the magnetic signage off of it and go out on the town with it..... Parking valets beware!
I'll be plowing snow this winter, clearing clients parking lots in leather-wrapped comfort with the XM Satellite radio playing to keep me awake at 3 AM!
I bought this truck in May of 2006. My wife needed something strong to pull our camper with. This was it. Although it guzzles diesel fuel it is wonderful. I havent had any problems with this truck yet. Truck gets 13 mpg pulling a 12,000 lb 5th Wheel travel trailer
6.6 Liter Turbocharged Duromax Diesel engine
4-speed Overdrive Automatic Transmission
This truck is an automatic 4x4.It has b & w turnover ball 5th wheel hitch.
5.9 Cummings Turbo diesel.
This truck is doing with 6cylinders what it takes Ford & Chevy 8 cylinders to do!!!
650 Ft Lbs of torque at the rear wheels
4 inch exhaust
4 wheel disc brakes
What DOESN'T it have? It has an AM/FM/CD/XM stereo with who knows how many speakers, air conditioning, power everything, leather seats (a possoble problem in a work truck, but I'll deal with it!), running boards, clearance lights, trailer package, OnStar, full instrumentation.....
Sirrus Satellite Radio with "
Heated front seats
Flip-up town mirrors
Tow hitches for 5th wheel, Gooseneck stock trrailers, & tag-alongs
