Bought from a buddies dad recently, in pretty good condition needs minimal body work and painted, numbers matching car. Its an automatic 3 speed factory turbo 400 tranny, 400 motor, carter quadrajet. No engine mods as of right now. Quick and tourqy for being all original. It got its nickname cuz of how it looks, like a sleeper and something unexpected to win a race. I have quite a few buddies that have camaros or trans ams and it has no problem out running or keeping up.
Bought for $600. Floorboards rusted out and holes in the quarter panels, interior is in great shape, straight piped, no radio or speakers. The instrument cluster is in metric, 240KM speedo, milege in KM, 323K and temp guage in celcius, oil pressure in some numbers I dont even know and the tach dont read right like its out of a non V8 car.

305 HO, not sure what the motor came out of but its very clean and has very good compression Edelbrock Performer intake and valve covers, Edelbrock 750 4 barrel, Accel 8.8 wires, double roller timing chain, NGK plugs, electric fan and the tranny is of course a 700R4
As far as I know so far it had an option of a lower hp 400 and a higher hp 400 it has the higher hp 400, front disk brakes, limited slip 10 bolt rear, 3 speed auto floor shift, I think a/c but not sure still trying to get Vin decoded
T-tops, power windows, used to have A/C but the previous owner took it out. Looking to find some crank window doors out of the junkyard.
None so far only mods im considering so far is an accel ignition system, rear air shocks, bigger cam, 455 headers, new exhaust, and maybe ignition set up in exhaust as well for ****s n giggles
Replaced fuel tank, fuel pump, replaced old gummed up Holley with the Edelbrock, and replaced part of the rusted fuel lines with rubber lines.
