I grew up in the garage with my dad. There was only I and my sister so one of us had to be the "boy". I remember when I was only 6 or 7 yrs old sitting on an old metal gas can, my dad on another with an engine block sitting between us in a big sheet metal pan with gas in it just scrubbing away with wire brushes and paint brushes cleaning off the grease. Me usually barefoot also. I spent lots of time scrubbing the bottom of my feet with a scrub brush and comet while laughing because my feet were so ticklish. Those were the days, too bad we couldn't go back.

I still have my first car but wouldn't mind having another '69 Pontiac Catalina that I had once. Another very dependable, low maintenance car. At least mine was.
The one I have but with a straight body and a real top!
