About

This is a 1988 Baja 210 SunSport that I purchased new in 1988. I rigged it with a Custom Built Johnson GT-200 from Evelution Marine. I have had 4 motors on this boat. It didn't really wake up until I purchased the current motor, a 2000 Johnson 225 Hight Output.

This motor out performs all the previous motors hands down. Good for a solid 8 mph increase in top end. This motor is one of the last Carbed Motors OMC produced. They are said to be tuned on the high side of their rated power. The general accepted HP on these motors is 245 hp.

I have Sea Star Hydraulic Steering, an upgraded 40gal tank so I can go out for a weekend without refueling and a CMC Hydraulic Jack Plate hanging on the back of a Stainless Marine 12" set back.

I spin a 24 pitch Mercury Trophy at 5600rpm running 67mph.

This is an awesome multi-purpose boat that is a blast to drive.

Be sure to see the Video Clips of the Boat!!
