- I'm a BIG fan of the 62s. I had a 405hp 4spd 406 2dr post back in 62. I gave up my 401hp 406 '61 Starliner for it and still to this day wish I hadn't done that! Now I am looking for another Starliner....pretty scarce these days!

- Be easy on those long, wide, and chromed out '64s. I bought mine because it was what was available for the budget I had. And if I had known how much trouble it was going to be finding parts, I might have passed on it. As for all that chrome, yes there is alot, especially when you have to polish it. Love your '62. Had an old friend that had a '61 Starline. What a beautiful car.

- I agree, you don't see many '62 Galaxies. But I like the '64 Galaxies, too. It's the big, round, "flower pot" taillights that seem to attract me, hence my ownership of a '61 T-Bird. So, I would shun the 1960 Galaxie, but like most of the other Fords from the 1950s & early to mid 1960s.
