More Woes

Well a couple of weeks ago the GTO started knocking. I stopped and checked the oil. Somehow this beast managed to consume 4 quarts of oil between oil changes. What's REALLY messed up about that is my car sat for 31 days during this time period waiting for a radiator.
I'm way out of warranty. So I took the car to a trusted friend and found out that the car spun a rod bearing. Talk about heart breaking. I talked to him today and found out it's going to take at least a month to get the motor back once it's been pulled. Ugghhh.
Guess it's time to go with forged internals.
