I believe I'm on my way to getting the patch panel on without too much trouble. I just got is anchored tonight so I can keep taking it on and off until I finish fabricating the wheel wells. It's a rust-belt thing. If anyone has some pictures of the back of a first generation monte without the rear bumber I would appreciate taking a look.

Since a commercial trunk filler panel is not available I will need to fabricate something there as well...
