I have a 99 Monte Carlo, I decided to start tricking it out a year after I bought it... I live in St.Louis and there ae so many montes on the road,,,,but,,, there are VERY FEW Montes like mine that have anything done to them,
Usually if you see a tricked out Monte, It is a 2000 or up...
If you have the same bodystyle as me, holla back at me doggggg...
