I bought this beast in mid-november and have had it at my girlfriends house ever since. This week I will be taking it to my garage and starting some minor bodywork. My goals for this car are pretty lofty but I want a 383 crate motor. I know its not huge but it fits with basically minimal work. I am debating what to do with the interior, as the Monte has no headliner at the moment and most of the trim/ moldings are missing. I would like to go with a bare bones interior, sheetmetal panels and dash, two seats and a steering wheel. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them because this is my first Monte and I'm keeping it forever.
