No big story behind this one - I've liked the styling of these cars for a long time and found the kit on the closeout table at my favorite hobby shop. I just did it as a quick and fun build, and it definitely was.

As I do on most of my models, I added the little details like valve stems on the wheels, battery cables, spark plug wires, sun visors, seat belts, flocked carpeting, the turn signal lever, dimmer switch and the dome light. I also added Bare Metal Foil to the chrome trim.
