Hey thanks. I still have a long way to go on getting the way I really want it. I'm wanting to go for the old super stock look. But it will get there some day it just takes time and money

Cool car! The Pony Car that came out a month before the "Pony"! I like the rake and the vintage mags - they really give it "The Look". trophy image

1964 Plymouth Barracuda (mad fish)

Photo of a 1964 Plymouth Barracuda (mad fish)

I got the car about 3 years ago and only payed $2000 for it. I have been fixing it little by little. When I got it, it still had the 225 slant 6 but the motor started to go and I just happen to get lucky because I drove the cuda to work one day and some guy asked me about the car and told me he had a 318 v8 and a automatic tranny that he would give me for the car. How could I pass on a deal like that. So a few months of working on the motor in my old rickity dirt floor barn I had the motor ready to go into the car. My plans for the car are to make it look like a old super stocker from the 60's and 70's.

318 v8 automatic. I haven't ran it down the track yet but for top speed the speedo only goes to 110 and I had it burryed and it will get up to speed pretty darn quick.
