1968 Chevrolet Imapla Custom (Max)

I am the fortunate second-owner of this former Phoenix, AZ car made in Los Angeles in September, 1967. Am working to both restore its former glory, and make it a 'road warrior' to last another 40 years, all the while maintaining it as a 'daily driver.' So far it's got electronic ignition, urethane suspension and sway bars, a front disc brake conversion, window tint and rebuilt A/C system. Runs like a champ on its rebuilt original Q-Jet, with 1" carb spacer and dual exhausts. Soon to come are full body repair, Cragar S/S 15X7" wheels, interior renovation and repainting in the same color metallic green as the interior metal pieces came from the factory. By the time I'm done, I'll have my own "Redline Hot Wheels" car...
275 H.P. 327 w/TH400 Trans, Q-Jet, dual exhaust, A/C, PB, PS, 11" Front Disc Brakes, Urethane suspension and sway bars by C-P-P.
275 HP upgrade, A/C, PS, PB, Cloth interior, TH400 transmission, tinted glass, AM radio.
Added front 11" disc brake conversion kit, urethane suspension bushings, Air Lift air bags inside new rear springs (front springs also replaced-all factory specs) for load carrying, new front sway bar, added rear sway bar, window tint, converted A/C (involuntarily) to new refrigerant, converted points to electronic ignition, added dual 16" electric fans, 1" carb spacer, dual exhausts with "H" pipe, aftermarket stereo and gauges.
