About
Here is a picture of my 1969 Dodge Charger 500 I bought in 1970 with 5,000 miles on it. I was still in high school so all my gas station job money went into that car. Unfortunately, I let a roomate pick it up while I was at work during college, and he blew the motor (426 HEMI) It sat in the garage until late in 1977, I was married and couldn't afford to fix it so I sold it.
Specs
One of 32 built with the 426 HEMI and torqueflite trans.
Factory Options
Coronet flush mounted grille and flush mounted rear window and shortened trunk lid for Dodge"s first attemp at aerodynamics.
Mods
When it was new it came with 15 X 6 steel wheels and dog dish hubcaps with Goodyear polyglass GT tires. I put on Rocket Racing Wheels.
