I just had my Maverick painted. The original paint was getting thin and the decals were pealing. Now it looks brand new!

Thanks to everyone who commented on my car. I don't use this site very often, so you might not hear from me again for a few months.

1973 Ford Maverick Grabber (1973 Mav)

This is my 1973 Maverick Grabber. I bought it in 2005 and just had it painted in 2013. Now it looks brand new.

302 V8 Grabber

Factory Options

It came with all the deluxe options except an AM/FM stereo radio. It has tinted windows, bucket seats, automatic shifter on the floor, and steel belted tires. The original spare is still in the trunk.

I had the original AM radio replaced with an AM/FM I bought on eBay.

I replaced the tires with Firestone Indy 500 Firehawk. I can't remember the size anymore, but they discontinued it soon after I had them put on.

The air conditioner had to be completely rebuilt, and it was leaking from just about every place it could.

It needs painting and the Grabber tapes and decals replaced. I finally got around to doing that in June, 2013.
