Why They Exist:In Johnson Valley, our 3rd Gen build rolling on long-arms and nearly 12″ of travel with massive King shocks revealed the hard truth: there’s always a “next” weak-link. The axle truss held, but the frame brackets failed (into which the motor mounts seat), and frame flex near coil buckets became painfully obvious.
PRODUCT BREAKDOWNMOTOR-MOUNT DOUBLERSThese ¼” steel plates weld directly onto the factory mount reinforcing the factory sheet metal while converting the mounting channel to a bolt hole, eliminating vertical slippage in high horsepower, whoop-pounding situations. COIL-BUCKET GUSSETSLaser-cut and CNC-bent, these gussets bridge the gap between the coil bucket and frame rails—both front and rear—locking everything together and preventing movement.
