Precision Machined & Fully Remanufactured – CNC blue printed, bored, honed and surfaced.
Comprehensive inspection checks for cracks, threaded holes, crank straightness and size and all other critical areas addressed.
All critical dimensions including bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion, deck and hone surfaces all measured. Piston, rods and ring gaps are all checked and corrected as needed.
D&J engines are assembled in a clean room environment by skilled technicians ensuring top quality.
