Diesel World
AS SEEN IN OUR DIESEL WORLD OCTOBER 2026 ISSUE – Buy Now!
We love Dyno Day here at FASS Motorsports. It’s our annual excuse to hang out with friends, check out a bunch of rowdy trucks, and have a darn good time right here in our hometown. Thanks to a few hundred of our friends, the fine folks at Blessed Performance, and the NHRDA, 2026 was no exception.
Matt and the crew from Blessed Performance brought their dyno out and ran well over 50 trucks throughout the day. Actually, let me correct that: well over 50 trucks and a diesel-swapped car or two, because apparently we’re all allergic to leaving anything stock.
Controlled chaos is always the goal.
From the moment people started rolling in, it was obvious this was going to be a great day. Sure the event starts at 11, but that means everyone starts showing up around 9. The heat and humidity were honestly kind of brutal, but that didn’t stop anyone from hanging out, talking trucks, watching dyno pulls, eating good food, and making the most of it. That’s what I love about this event. The goal of FASS Motorsports Dyno Day isn’t to make a bunch of money—it’s a thank-you to our community.
We had fully built Cummins, rowdy Power Strokes, nasty Duramax builds, and just about everything in between. You could walk from one end of the FASS Motorsports property to the other and see something completely different every few feet. That variety is what makes our little event so much fun. Not everybody builds the same thing, and they shouldn’t. Some guys want big horsepower. Some want a clean daily. Some just want to show off.
We also had FASS Fabrication products on full display, which is always a big deal for us. The fab side of the business has been growing like crazy, and it’s awesome to see people walking around, checking out the parts, asking questions, and seeing everything in person. To witness Spencer’s (owner of FASS Fab) personal passion become a full-fledged business is cool on a different level.
Of course, FASS Diesel Fuel Systems were everywhere, too. That’s to be expected when your parking lot is full of diesel trucks, but we never take the support for granted. We had customers, dealers, and friends from all over out there with FASS-equipped trucks, which we love to see.
The FASS Motorsports showroom was open all day as well, and it was packed with people checking out parts and getting a better look at what we do here in Washington, Missouri. Lots of people know the FASS name for fuel systems, but Dyno Day lets us give people the bigger picture.
FASS Diesel Fuel Systems engineers and manufactures industry-leading fuel systems. The sister company, FASS Motorsports, sells and installs just about anything you can buy for a truck, SUV, UTV, or Jeep—including the killer parts made by yet another sister company, FASS Fabrication and Design. It’s the same family of companies, but different teams with different goals.
I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Ernesto’s Mexican Restaurant and Big Boys Subs—both of them absolutely crushed it. Sunny skies, rowdy diesels, and good food? That’s a pretty solid Saturday if you ask me.
We also want to extend a big shout-out to the Washington Police Department. We had two awesome officers on-site helping with traffic and making sure everyone stayed safe. And for the record, yeah, we love burnouts—just not in a crowded parking lot full of families walking around.
Overall, 2026 Dyno Day was exactly what we hoped it would be: loud, busy, hot, fun, and full of great people. We got to see old friends, meet new customers, support our dealers, showcase some awesome trucks, and watch people throw down on the dyno.
From all of us at FASS Motorsports, thank you to everyone who came out, brought a truck, made a dyno pull, parked in the show, bought parts, grabbed food, or just hung out with us for the day.
And lastly, a huge thank-you again to Matt and Blessed Performance for bringing the dyno and helping make this event happen.
We’re tired, sunburned, and already planning for the next one.
See you in 2027.
