1964 Ford F-100 Godzilla Swap: 7.3L V8, Air Ride, Layin’ Body

Slammed 64 is a 1964 Ford F-100 with a 7.3L Godzilla V8 swap, a full custom CUT WELD DRIVE chassis and air ride — built in Australia, still right-hand drive, still wearing 60 years of patina. Owned by Jade Winter, engineered by builder Beauden Boucher at CUT WELD DRIVE, this F-100 lays body on the ground, lifts back up and drives like a modern truck. Under the weathered sheet metal: a custom chassis built around independent front suspension and full air suspension, 22-inch Koya billet wheels, Pirelli P Zero tires, Brembo six-piston front / four-piston rear brakes, a sheet-metal Ford 9-inch rear end with a Strange alloy center, Eaton Truetrac and a full Aus Racing full floater kit. Up front sits Ford's 7.3-liter Godzilla crate V8 backed by a Ford 10-speed automatic on a Ford Performance Control Pack, topped with a Plazmaman intake manifold and cooled by a PWR radiator, breathing through a custom 3-inch stainless exhaust. Nothing was restored. Everything was re-engineered. ⏱️ CHAPTERS (verified from captions — exact timestamps) 0:00 Intro: A 1964 Ford F-100 That Lays Body 0:22 60 Years of Australian Patina — Why They Kept It 0:48 CUT WELD DRIVE: How the Build Started 1:04 Laying Body on a Custom CUT WELD DRIVE Chassis 1:51 22-Inch Koya Billet Wheels, Tires & Brembo Brakes 2:13 Ford 9-Inch Rear End, Eaton Truetrac & Floater Kit 2:37 7.3L Godzilla V8 Swap + Ford 10-Speed Automatic 2:51 Plazmaman Intake, PWR Radiator & 3-Inch Exhaust 3:19 Custom Wiring: One Integrated System 3:32 Interior: Sparco Wheel, Dakota Digital & Heated Seats 4:16 Custom LED Headlights 4:28 Original Grille, Badges & Body Lines Kept 4:46 Fuel Tank, Brake Lines & Details You Never See 5:02 Why It's Built to Drive, Not Just to Show 🔧 BUILD SPECS • Vehicle: 1964 Ford F-100 (right-hand drive, Australia) • Owner: Jade Winter • Builder: CUT WELD DRIVE — Beauden Boucher • Engine: Ford 7.3L Godzilla V8 (crate) with Ford Performance Control Pack • Intake: Plazmaman | Cooling: PWR radiator • Transmission: Ford 10-speed automatic • Chassis: Custom CUT WELD DRIVE chassis, independent front suspension • Suspension: Full air ride, Air Lift controls, dual compressors, FLO Air Ride tanks • Wheels: 22-inch Koya billet | Tires: Pirelli P Zero • Brakes: Brembo 6-piston front / 4-piston rear • Rear end: Ford 9-inch sheet-metal housing, Strange alloy center, Eaton Truetrac, Aus Racing full floater kit • Exhaust: Custom 3-inch stainless with billet tips • Interior: Sparco steering wheel, OCD collapsible column, Dakota Digital gauges, heated seats • Lighting: Custom LED housings in original-style headlights ❓ QUICK ANSWERS What is Slammed 64? A right-hand-drive 1964 Ford F-100 built by CUT WELD DRIVE in Australia that keeps its original patina but runs a custom chassis, air suspension and a 7.3L Godzilla V8. Can it lay body and still drive? Yes — the air ride drops the rockers to the ground and lifts back to a driveable height, so it isn't a trailer queen. What is the 7.3L Godzilla? Ford's 7.3-liter pushrod gasoline crate V8, paired here with a 10-speed automatic. 📺 This is part of the Motortopia Storyteller Series — narrated build stories for people who care how a truck was actually engineered. ▶ Subscribe for more Godzilla swaps, air ride builds, patina survivors and Aussie custom trucks: [https://www.youtube.com/@motortopiaondemand/] If you're into classic Ford trucks, custom fabrication, slammed pickups, patina builds and trucks that are actually built to drive, watch to the end and tell us in the comments: would you keep the patina or paint it? #GodzillaSwap #FordF100 #Slammed64
