I bought this round about 1956 for £10 at Barnet cattle market. The frame was made out of angle iron and, unknown to me, had a twist in it so it sort of moved sideways. Fantastic exhaust note.
250 cc single cylinder Villiers two stroke. The exhaust ran from two ports on the cylinder into a big expansion box at the front, the bulge in the photo, from there it ran the length of the bike through a Brooklands style silencer. It really sounded lovely. The whole bike was very, very long.
