We are second owners of this beauty. She a real looker. We drive her to all the area shows here in Maine and of course garage her in the winter. Every now and again she's also the grocery getter!!
It's a 1982 Monte Carlo, Orange in color, Red interior. This car has a set of Mickey Thompson drag slicks and drag fronts on it for looks. Under the hood is a 305 sbc, a turbo 350 transmission, posi rear end, and a wild hood scoop to top it all off, kinda like the cherry on the top of a ice cream sunday.

Her exterior has been restored using Dupont base coat clear coat and the color is Corvette's Jet Black all stipes and decals were replaced. The interior, engine and transmission are stock. The 305 HO V-8 engine and compartment have been dressed up with chrome and stainless snap-on parts. And she now sports Goodyear Eagles "Nascar" tires on refurbished SS wheels. The cat-back duals are Dynomax and polised stainess pipes are in the rear.
The 305 engine is being rebuilt and modifided. When the engine is done it will have a 11.0-1 compression ratio, a comp racing steel crank, connecting rods, and pistons, and a new oil pan on the bottom. The top end will have comp camshaft, 454 lift both ext and int, new push rods, lifters and edelbrock fully assembled heads. For intake I plan to have a Weiand duel carb supercharger on it with twin King Demon carbs sitting on top my nice hood scoop. I plan to be running about 400+ horse power to the rear wheels. The transmission will be a B&M, and a shifter to go with it as well.
