1968 Pontiac GTO Convertible (Goat nuts)

Last updated Aug 21, 2008

Photo of a 1968 Pontiac GTO Convertible (Goat nuts)

This had been apart in a garage for around 23 years. The floors weren't as solid as I thought, but the frame is. This car is equipped with its original M-21 4-speed and 3:90:1 posi gears. It also has factory rally gauges and console. NO power steering or brakes, but that is going away. Current plans are to change the interior over from black to white. Black vinyl + convertible + sun = sweaty buttcrack. Not sure what color it will be painted but I keep thinking of painting it the original color, Meridian Turquoise.

Factory Options

Hide-away headlights, 400 ci, factory 4-speed (M21) with console, factory tach dash, bucket seats, power top.
