1972 Chevrolet Camaro Pro/Street (Insane One)

Last updated Feb 17, 2010

Photo of a 1972 Chevrolet Camaro Pro/Street (Insane One)

When I bought this car it was a full blown drag racer. Since then I've turned it into a Pro/Street car that now gets more street time than track time. This is my 10th Camaro since 1984.

It has approximately 700HP on the motor, 1000HP with the NOS.
It runs Mid 10's on the motor, Mid 9's on the nitrous.

So, how's that for a broken roller lifter? About 3 months ago I noticed my car was running bad. It started popping through the exhaust and clattering underneath the passenger...
