I traded my 1968 chevelle convertable for the pinto! The chevelle was my dads car and after he passed away I got the car. I had the car for about 25 years and with frame issues I decided it was time to get something differant!!!! Differant isn't the word for it! The purple pinto wagon is awsome, cool and fast.
The pinto has a 351 windsor v8, Horsepower unknown, demon 625 carb and 390 rear gears and radial slicks and traction bars. Can operate on 2 wheels on takeoff, HA HA.
Most all of that stuff has been eliminated due to weight!!
All mentioned above in specs. I am in the process of finding parts that are pretty difficult to find because of little aftermarket. I am redoing the inside in the drag racing scheme for when I take it to local car shows.
