Motortopia and its family of automotive enthusiast magazines are always looking for the next great feature vehicle, whether it's a showstopper at events or a hidden gem in the garage. Through our new online portal, we're giving readers, builders, and brands two unique ways to share their vehicles with our editorial team: the Editorial Review and the Paid Feature options. Both opportunities include a print feature in one of our trusted magazine titles, followed by digital coverage across our websites, social media, and newsletters.

Terms and Conditions – Vehicle Feature Submission

By submitting your vehicle for consideration through the Motortopia editorial portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions for both Editorial Review and Paid Feature options:

1. Submission and Review

• Submission does not guarantee publication unless participating in the Paid Feature program.
• All free submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team. Only selected vehicles will be contacted.
• Motortopia reserves the right to accept, reject, or delay any submission at its discretion.

2. Ownership and Rights

• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the owner to submit the vehicle and its details for consideration.
• By submitting your vehicle, you grant Motortopia and its affiliated brands (Street Trucks, Diesel World, Tread, C10 Builder's Guide, etc.) the non-exclusive right to publish images and information you provide, in print and/or digital formats.
• You must have the rights to share all photos and information submitted. Images provided must not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

3. Photography

• For Editorial Review selections, a professional photo shoot may be scheduled by our editorial team at no cost to you.
• For Paid Features, the submitter is responsible for supplying high-resolution, professional-quality images. Motortopia reserves the right to decline publication if the photo quality does not meet editorial standards.

4. Paid Feature Payment

• Payment for a guaranteed feature must be completed before layout and publication.
• You will also receive 20 Free print copies of your selected magazine brand.
• Paid Feature submissions are non-refundable once production begins.
• Being featured does not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship by Motortopia or its brands.

5. Publication Rights

• Motortopia reserves the right to make minor edits to submitted text for clarity, grammar, or formatting.
• Features may appear in print magazines, digital websites, newsletters, and/or social media platforms.

6. Accuracy of Information

• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided in your submission (tech sheet, vehicle specs, etc.) is accurate and complete.
