New York’s largest truck meet Diesels of New York was back again with their annual 2025 Season Opener Truck Meet hosting 12,000 spectators & 30+ vendors with almost over 5,000 trucks! From lifted to lowered, and even big rigs. Many of these drivers came from states all across the USADSLNY hosts their events with high HP competition dominating their burnout box & mobile dyno with 1,000+ HP diesel pickups taking home the winning trophy & prize money! Every year they continue to surpass their goal of their past attendance at the Orange County Fair Speedway. This rowdy truck event is one of many across the USA that is worth the haul.
The diesel season wasted no time coming to life in 2025 as the Diesels of New York Season Opener brought big horsepower and bigger crowds to the Orange County Fair & Speedway in Middletown, NY. Held on March 29th, this one-day event delivered exactly what the diesel crowd was looking for: a full throttle kickoff packed with high-end builds, rowdy crews, and plenty of social media-worthy moments.
Trucks began rolling in early, and by mid-afternoon the fairgrounds were packed wall-to-wall with lifted, lowered, and heavily modified rigs. New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding states were all well-represented as enthusiasts who made the trip to showcase winter builds that had been months in the making. . Spectator tickets for this event were seen being sold as far South Florida, Texas & Western Montana! Polished paint, billet wheels, wild suspension setups, and full custom interiors were all on display as attendees circled the grounds, swapping stories and snapping photos of the latest standout builds.
Social media lit up as videos and reels captured the action throughout the day, with many already calling the Season Opener one of the strongest turnouts yet for Diesels of New York. Crews like Diesels of JN made their presence known, adding to the high-energy vibe that’s become a trademark of the event.
With the Season Opener now in the books, attention shifts to Diesels of New York’s next big outing: the Summer Burnout Bash slated for August. If this first event was any indication, 2025 is shaping up to be another standout year for the Northeast
diesel scene.
