27th ANNUAL PACIFIC COAST DREAM MACHINE SHOW

We had the honor of presenting the “Drive Magazine Dream Machine of the Year” award at the 27th annual Pacific Coast Dream Machine Show in Half Moon Bay, California. As we evaluated the wide array of vehicles on display, we realized that selecting one winner would not be an easy task. The show has everything from classics, muscle cars and restored rides to motorcycles, steam engines and WWII warplanes spread out for everyone’s viewing pleasure. The PCDM Show is always an amazing display of mechanical ingenuity.

By the end of the day, it was one owner’s ride that fit the bill. Carlos Hernandez of Livermore CA, won the “Drive Magazine Dream Machine” award with his restored and modified 1967 Chevy Camaro.

The show has everything from classics, muscle cars and restored rides to motorcycles, steam engines and WWII warplanes..

The Drive Magazine “Dream Machine of the Year” award

Carlos’ Camaro is a big block 454 and 700R4 combo, cooled by a Summit aluminum radiator and electric fan. The CPP Pro-Touring Stage II suspension and custom 17” 2 piece US Mag wheels keeps this monster planted around corners. The Camaro’s paint is as smooth as glass boasting a charcoal gray with silver rally stripes.

The extensive amount of work and upgrades that go into these builds shows the dedication and passion that owners have for their rides.

Congratulations, Carlos!
