Rolling on massive 26x16 Billet Specialties BLVD 65s wrapped in Tri-Ace tires, NEO’s stance demands attention from every angle. Inside, it’s all custom, Clazzio leather, a clean console, and a Sundown Audio setup that hits as hard as the LS1.
