Wilwood Disc Brakes Releases New Big Brake Kits for 2023-Up Ford HD Trucks

Wilwood has announced an extended fitment range for newly released Tactical Xtreme TX6 big brake kits for late-model Ford HD Trucks. Front kits, with TX6-DM calipers, are directly mounted to the factory spindle, and rear kits mount TX6 calipers to a bracket extension on 2023 and up Ford F-250/F-350.
Upgrade bolt-on kits are designed, manufactured, and assembled by Wilwood to be compatible with the factory master cylinder and all electronic controls to provide greater brake torque and increased thermal capacity behind most 20” and larger wheels for off-road, hauling, towing, commercial, and heavy-duty highway use.
Kits combine net-forged lightweight aluminum Tactical Xtreme six piston calipers using differential bore sizes for balanced engagement and premium E-coated iron alloy GTB slotted rotors with 48 internal vanes. Rotors are larger than OE, with the front measuring 15.00” x 1.50” and the rear 15.50” x 1.38”. Calipers are available in red or black powder coat or 24 other color options (additional charges apply). Kits include fade-resistant BP-Q street-performance compound brake pads, stainless steel flexlines, and premium-grade hardware.
