Acquisition of Concept Performance

In September, Fleece Performance completed the acquisition of Concept Performance, a premier manufacturer known for its advanced aluminum LSR and LTR builder blocks. The addition of Concept Performance strengthens Fleece’s ability to deliver industry-leading performance products to the gas market and expands its manufacturing capabilities with dedicated foundry operations.

170,000-Square-Foot Expansion in Pittsboro

Construction is underway on a significant building expansion that will add more than 170,000 square feet of production, engineering, and logistics space to the company’s Pittsboro facility. This investment will increase capacity, accelerate new product development, and create additional jobs in the local community.

Partnership with NAPA Auto Parts

Fleece Performance also announced that its products are now available at over a dozen Witt Family Napa Store locations across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. This partnership with Witt Family Stores in Indiana, southern Michigan and parts of Ohio marks the company’s first retail distribution, making its innovative repair products more accessible to customers nationwide.
