LANGLEY, B.C. (June 15, 2026) – Pacbrake, an industry leader in heavy-duty and automotive aftermarket performance solutions, today announced its all-new BRAVO Wireless Air Control System. Marking a massive shift away from rigid, component-heavy setups, the BRAVO system collapses complex architectures into a single, unified, and infinitely expandable on-board air platform designed for maximum real-world durability.

At the core of the BRAVO system is a CNC-machined billet aluminum base plate and integrated manifold hub that allows the compressor to mount directly to it. Unlike competitor kits with plastic water traps and inferior water resistance ratings, BRAVO works no matter what you throw at it, in all conditions, whenever you need it. Truck owners can install the base kit in under an hour and scale it up over time, adding 0.5-gallon or 2.5-gallon frame-mount air tanks and external quick-connect ports for tire inflation or job-site air tools without ever needing to replace the core system.

“The launch of the new BRAVO system is an entirely new benchmark for what serious truck owners should expect from air suspension controls,” said Aran Kay, Sales and Marketing Manager at Pacbrake.   “The Bravo is designed to be a rugged, smart and expandable ecosystem that self-monitors, holds up in all conditions, and eliminates regular maintenance and troubleshooting guesswork.”

The new BRAVO wireless system sets a new standard for tow and haul tech through several key differentiators, including:

  • Continuous Auto Top-Up & Leak Detection: The system continuously monitors pressure to maintain a precise balance within +/-1 PSI accuracy, automatically compensating if air springs sag mid-trip. It also proactively alerts drivers via the smartphone app if it flags a persistent leak.
  • Two-Stage Cold-Weather Moisture Management: A recent Pacbrake survey of 300 air spring control users revealed that 45% have experienced frozen or blocked lines. BRAVO directly counters this with DirAir™ tech: an integrated water separator to trap liquid water and a desiccant filter to extract moisture vapor, ensuring lines never freeze in cold climates. The accompanying app automatically sends notifications when it is time to service the filters.
  • System-Wide IP67 Waterproof Rating: While traditional alternatives leave compressors vulnerable to moisture with unrated or entry-level IP54 splash-resistant components, the entire BRAVO system, including the compressor, is fully IP67 dust-tight and submersion-rated to survive extreme mud, road spray, and pressure washing.
  • Sustained 100% Duty Cycle Performance: The premium 425-series compressor option delivers a true 100% duty cycle at 100 PSI (1.75 CFM max), guaranteeing continuous working performance when filling large-volume air bags under maximum load.

Operating seamlessly within a tested temperature window of -40 to +185 degrees Fahrenheit and featuring upgraded Bluetooth hardware with triple the signal strength of previous generations, the new BRAVO system is built to outlast the toughest work and play in all environments. All kits come standard with independent left/right dual-path control and are backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

The new BRAVO wireless air control system is now on the Pacbrake website or through authorized dealers and nationwide distributors. For more technical specifications, configuration options, or to locate a dealer, visit: https://pacbrake.com/bravo-wireless.html.
